We are located in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and regularly serve Tulsa, Broken Arrow, and the greater northeastern Oklahoma region. When it makes sense for the scope of the event, we’re happy to travel—recent projects have taken us to places like Reno, Indianapolis, Dallas, and the Ozarks in Missouri, and we’re open to producing events virtually anywhere in the country.
Our team combines professional touring-level AVL experience with a relational, stress-free approach. We focus on clear communication, excellent sound, creative lighting, and reliable technical execution so your event feels polished from first song to last announcement. Clients choose us because we help them think through the whole experience—not just the gear—while staying within budget and respecting their venue.

We can do both. For many events, we provide full production: system design, load-in, setup, soundcheck, and live mixing or show operation for audio, video, and lighting. For other clients, we provide AVL rentals and support their in-house team with equipment, programming, and technical consultation. We’ll tailor our level of involvement to what you and your team need.
Yes. We can provide portable stage platforms and related production elements such as stage decks, risers, basic stage roofs (where appropriate), and safety accessories for many types of events. If a project requires larger staging or specialty structures, we can coordinate with trusted local partners and integrate the stage into the overall AVL design so everything works together.
We offer rental options for professional sound systems, mixing consoles, microphones, in-ear monitors, LED walls, projectors, screens, stage lighting, and control systems. For each event, we match the equipment package to the size of the audience, the style of program, and the venue’s technical needs. We are dealers for many top-of-the-line brands like Adamson Speaker Systems, ACME Lighting, Volux lighting, Elation, Clay Paky, and many more. Visit our RENTALS page for a more comprehensive listing.
Yes, and not just in Tulsa. With our indoor/outdoor INFiLED LED Wall we can provide rentals for conferences, concerts, worship services, trade shows, and specialty events, including livestock and horse shows. We handle the wall design, setup, signal routing, and operation so you can focus on content and the experience in the room. We can also rent our LED wall for regional or national tours or for one-off events anywhere in the country.
Yes. We frequently support outdoor events, block parties, and seasonal gatherings. For these environments, we pay special attention to coverage, power, weather protection, and sightlines to ensure your stage, sound, and lighting work safely and effectively in the open air.
Yes. We have experience providing AVL and LED displays for livestock and horse shows at fairgrounds-style venues. We understand the unique needs of these events, such as sightlines for judges and exhibitors, clear announcements over large spaces, and visuals that work well in bright, open barns or arenas.
